I bought something similar while prices were cheaper and then upgraded it from there

if you are in group similar has facebook market place naerby you , you will maybe find an Pc 1000$ if you like used

and it can be worth it thoo go with intel i5 or ryzen i5 12gb ram and enough space 1to you will be okay for long time ,and maybe some time when

we got an good pc you will maybe more game than rs i mean you will maybe playing more game  😜
