Proxy server technologies

Hello,

 

I am looking into creating my own proxy server. I know some stuff about servers so just curious if anyone cares to share what OS do you run and has been succesful for botting rs & account creation.

1. What proxy server software do you use? 

2. What os do you run and is it important / can i run linux in a container?

3. Which hosting provider / must you do something else for residentials?

4. To get new ips would you just constantly spin up containers in new regions?

My initial impression is basically follow this guide https://www.digitalocean.com/community/tutorials/how-to-set-up-dante-proxy-on-ubuntu-20-04 for setting up dante & dockerize it and turn it on/off to get new ips if the accounts get banned, but im not sure how flagged this would be being itd be a data center running ubuntu & if theres not better ways of doing this?
