Click still registering in game with menu manipulation on

EDIT: should we even be using the menu manipulation setting on mains? is it still in beta/trial run? if it should be used can someone please help me understand how thats not a for sure ban to skip menus, it draws stuff out of bank without even seeing the item seems easily caught to me 

 

with menu manipulation off / no mouse movement for clicks, the cursor still clicks even though it is stationary, meaning whatever the mouse is over will be clicked. it is a deadclick, for example the rune ore the cursor was over blinked out and in asif it had been withdrawn but it hadnt actually been withdrawn, is that deadclick undetectable if so can someone explain how

same as if the cursor was on the screen, would see the red X indicating the screen had been clicked however the game doesnt actually acknowledge it as a click and character will not move. whats happening?
