Lock pick support has now been added in V1.1 - Please reload the script once the recompile is live. Regarding prayer potion support - The script currently does not support withdrawing or using these. However it is self sustaining and will keep enough to recharge. Because you only ran the script for 27 minutes I suspect you didn't have enough time for it to complete many loops and gather these as required. As a minimum requirement you should only have anti-poisons, food, and a pharaohs sceptre in the inventory, with an optional lockpick.
