Too many open clients error

Hey there, i've been using Dreambot for a while now, and every once in a while i will receive an error message that says i have too many clients open. This happens mostly when i use two clients, but will occassionally happen when i'm just running one. What is causing this? I am not dual-logging into the website/client, with my dreambot account (non-OSRS account). I have checked my task manager, and there are no more than the appropriate amount of java.exe processes open when this error occurs, as well.

I do have crappy satellite internet, so sometimes i will get logged out of dreambot, without actually losing connection to the game's servers. perhaps this is causing it? 
if this is the cause, is there a workaround, so my bot doesn't get shut down by dreambot's servers?

Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.
