    its not letting me download the client its giving me a white screen :/

    Maybe try a different browser, try clearing you cookies/cache, try incognito mode.. Sounds like more of a problem with your browser than with DB. I'm able to download the client fine

    If you haven't already, try checking this page on DB out. I have MacOS and was having problems to start but reading through got me up and running. If you've tried everything on there try reinstalling/updating your java, double checking your firewall/allowed applications, and definitely reinstalling DB.
