Creating account without proxy then botting with proxy

Hey there, this might be a silly question but here goes. My main concern is to protect my main that I've played on PC and my Mobile device. 

I create new accounts on my phone and get through tutorial island manually without using a proxy, and then go on my PC and bot those accounts WITH a proxy. My question is, after having botted said new account AFTER tut island, will Jagex be able to backtrack and see the IP that the account was created on, which would also chain ban my main that I play WITHOUT a proxy on my mobile/PC?

I'm brand new to this, and I have spare time at work to make accounts on my phone to later use for botting, but I won't do that if they'll be able to detect my main as well.
