Launcher wont work?

soo i downloaded dream bot again cause i had to reset my pc and it worked just fine for a bit but after like an hour, when i tried starting the launcher, nothing happened and i dont rly get why nothing is happening xd

when i try to get into the client, this opens up and as soon as i click on launch client it disappeares and nothing else happens.
