All it says is to check my firewall settings or vpn (which i dont use)

the client wont download or do anything currently sometimes this has happened and i just close and reopen it till it works but it doesnt seem to be helping now

Something must be blocking your connection on your end, as everything is fine on our end. If it's not AV or a firewall, I'm not really sure what it could be
