Every time I try to run the dreambot client from my external hard drive, it copies the DreamBot folder to my users folder in my main hard drive.

Is there any way I can just have dreambot run from my external hard drive?

Maybe you have a hard drive synchronized with the main drive. This happens for a variety of reasons. Your PC may have hard drives that use a mirroring process. This means that you will have the same data on both drives. Whenever you delete, change, or add data to either hard drive, it will be synchronized on both drives when you start and finish the mirroring process. There are several good free tools you can use to unmirror two hard disks. But it is better to secure your data with raid configurations first.

    OP:

Run dreambot's client.jar via command and add this arguments: -Duser.home=XXX (where xxx is the location in your external hdd, example: d:\dreambot)
