How to add scripts locally?

Sometimes scripts on sdn won't work, can someone explain how to add locally? in the "scripts" folder I see no scripts at all I tried add .jar and clients says it failed. any help

Hey there @lidor2021 , Place the jar you build in your 
C:\users\{USER}\DreamBot\Scripts
And make sure the local scripts checkbox is checked in the script manager

Script not showing up, It"s a code i downloaded and add .jar to scripts folder. Do i need to use Intellij or something?
