crafting maple birdhouses doesnt work. all mats in bank, it sets withdrawal quantity to 10 then does nothing else.

Trying to craft gems but is stuck in a loop on status 'using chisel on uncut diamond' and 'using uncut diamond on chisel'. Rather than selecting the diamond and letting the process start. Can you fix or is there something I am missing?
