WTB Simple PM script

Looking for a simple pm script, has to do the following:

- Move around G.E or (or any area started at if possible) 

- Add random people and send them a set private message (doesnt have to be complicated) 

- Delete person after PM is sent, or if they are offline/invalid, repeat.

bonus feature: If no one is around in set area around me, hop World and try again.
