Control right-click interact delays

The right-click interact happens very quickly and I'd like more control over it.

What is the best way to control the latency between right-click to drop down several options, and the resulting left-click to select one of the drop down options? Writing a custom right-click is simple enough but is there any way to retrieve the list of drop-down options after the right-click occurs?
