I'm new to botting and would like to try it out, but the only MOP I can use is paypal. Maybe I missed it as payment option? or there isnt any

The store doesn't support PayPal directly. However, you might find an user who sells store credits (vouchers) for PayPal here https://dreambot.org/forums/index.php?/forum/132-vouchers/.
