Dreambot not working

Hello, I tried downloading java 8 and it won't open a dreambot program. It just flashes a CMD prompt or opens a text file. Can someone help me?

Also, I am on Windows 10. I have no other java besides 8.

I assume you have Java set to open your .jar files? Try opening cmd prompt, navigating to the local location of the DBLauncher.jar and then do the following:

 

java -jar DBLauncher.jar

hi can some one help me? i keeps saying, the change log isnt available at this time, check youre firewall settings or try again later.

i shut down my firewalls and it still showing this message.

anyone have the same problems?
