    This randomly started happening. When I start the client it just stays stuck on this screen.

    I ticked off fresh start on the settings as well as redownloading the DBLauncher.jar but its still stuck like this.

    UPDATE: 

    Stuck here now.

    i am having the same problem client was working now stopped and just started doing this😞.....

    Sounds like an issue on rs's side tbh, looks like it was dl'ing cache and stopped.
    Try deleteing any jagexcache's you can find on your pc.
