    Delete the DB Folder in your USERS directory then relaunch the client.

    If this doesn't work, it might be a problem with either your firewall or java version.

    Try to uninstall JAVA/JDK then reinstall JDK8/JAVA8.

    Try to deactivate your firewall then launch the Client.
