    Ok, so I've got a few IPv4 proxies if that matters. When trying to launch the client with one selected, it just plain appears not to open. Any ideas on what's causing this?

    Nevermind. Apparently I'm a total idiot. First I mistakenly bought IPv6 proxies, then I bought IPv4 HTTPS proxies. Today just isn't my day.
