dream bot wont even open?

I just downloaded dream bot but it i click to launch it wont even do anything ? re installed it, reinstalled java, so idk if this is a common problem or not but? 

need a solution thanks

i cant seem to find the file even tho i have java 8?

Where would i find java 8?  

And if i cant find it, What exact file am i downloading?  there are like 15 different options to pick from

Uninstall all versions of java on your system.

Google "install java 8"

download java 8.

Right click the jar, open with->java

it seem my computer says i dont have permissions to do thing i am currently trying to figure this out i am not really tech savy in this part
