Xinaal 1 Posted November 24, 2018 Is it possible that Jagex tracks the IP you are making accounts from and monitors/bans the account? Here's my reason for believing this is a distinct possibility: On my home IP I botted an account for around 11 months 6-10 hours a day 5-6 days a week without issues. I then (stupidly) began running a 2nd bot and both accounts were banned in under 24 hours. Every subsequent account I made to bot on from my home IP gets banned in 24 hours or less. I invested in 2 proxies. They are US residential, IPv4 and SOCKS5. I made the accounts from my home IP Every account I made from home, then played on their respective proxy addresses has been banned in 24 hours or less. (Only using Dreambot client, no scripts) My main account I play from home legitimately without the Dreambot client has yet to see so much as an account lock. Has anyone else experienced anything like this? I'm thinking about having a friend create an account for me, then run it on a proxy to see if it gets banned right away.
Milasoft 202 Posted November 24, 2018 If the creation IP and the IP you play on doesn't match they will lock the account.
Xinaal 1 Author Posted November 24, 2018 They always lock the account first. Then it winds up banned by the next morning. How could I use my proxy address to create the account I'm going to play on?
