Client stuck on splash screen

EDIT: I believe the game updated and I have to wait for DreamBot devs to update the client? Can anyone confirm?

 

The client just stays here and doesn't change. I can even hear the RS music but nothing happens. I'm not using a proxy. I've tried deleting the cache folder from my C:/ drive and redownloading everything but it does the same thing more or less. Any ideas?

yeah, if you were to take a look at the chatbox on the home page of the forums, you'd notice the big red banner that says "Update in Progress"
