Client Will Not Open

I've got the client to open once when I first downloaded it. I then closed it and upon trying to open again nothing happens. I wen't in to the Task Manager to see if it was actually still open just not showing and it shows that "Java(TM) Platform SE binary" is open so I end that task to see if that works but does not. I then proceeded to see if maybe I could open it by manually choosing Java in the Progam Folders, I did that and I got a black box to open and close quickly but there is nothing in the box. I've reinstalled the most up to date Java there is and not sure what to do next.

Make sure to have Java 8 installed on your computer.

Yep it is installed, I've uninstalled and reinstalled it twice now.

Try running the DBLauncher.jar via CMD. Move the .jar file to your desktop and paste this line in CMD.

java -jar %HOMEPATH%/Desktop/DBLauncher.jar
