    ASN?

     

    companies have to register their information in a public registry to obtain IP adresses.  Each IP block is correlated to autonomous system number (ASN).  I believe the way there are identifying datacenter ips is through ASN.  you can still find datacenter ips with ASNs that arent flagged.  

     

    It doesnt really matter, you can bot on one of these flagged IPs, i'm not sure if it makes a difference.  you just gotta buy accs from someone like prime for 8 cents ea.
