    It's not really about how long you bot. You can bot 15 hours+ a day and avoid detection. Doesn't mean you should bot 15+ hours a day every day though. There are other factors involved.

    Taking intervals of an hour here, 20 minute break, alternate task doesn't help much. The risk is still the same unless you know what you are doing. Doing this wont help you much as detection does not rely on what task you do, for how long, and when.
