Take it in intervals, maybe an hour here, then a twenty minute break, or an alternate task. Try to keep things randomized. Taking intervals of an hour here, 20 minute break, alternate task doesn't help much. The risk is still the same unless you know what you are doing. Doing this wont help you much as detection does not rely on what task you do, for how long, and when.
