Size: 0 Hmm, haven't changed anything in RFD: Dwarf, made it check if no items are selected before entering the tunnel that's it. Not running any NMZ accounts ATM, but I'll test the quest whenever I get the account for it. Also there an issue with fight arena always showing up even if completed I think that Fight Arena has multiple varps that indicate that it's been completed because the quest has multiple endings. Please open the "Player setting debugger" (Tools -> Debugging -> Game debugger -> Player settings) and scroll all the way to setting #17 as shown on screenshot: What number does it show on your end?
