Thanks, though. Ill give it a try. I've re-added the settings menu in V3.1. There were too many settings to put in the menu bar. I don't think that there are any F2P quests that I added ring of recoil to. Edit: Ok, found it. Vampire slayer. I'll fix that. Edit2: It's actually not on the vampire slayer list.
