Make sure your client is up to date (download the launcher, instead of client.jar) Use Fresh start to avoid cache issues (Client settings -> Fresh start) make sure to restart the client i think its because i didnt have the stats for one of the quests. i do now can i get the trail again? On your screenshot it says "buying items". This has nothing to do with the skill/quest requirements. I see only 2 options: Outdated client Cache issue Read what I've said in the post above. Did you copy the first message? Are you running the client with fresh start? If the client is up to date and you're using fresh start, please answer the following questions: What quest(s) were you running?
