    1. 1. Date Purchased: 4/30/24 2. Script Purchased: Max VyreThief Lifetime 3. Script Creator: @MaximusPrimo 4. Reason for Refund: Within 1 day of testing, I saw the bot getting stuck numerous times at the bank, repeatedly attempting impossible actions (withdrawing to a full inventory, attempting to deposit an item that cannot be deposited). I saw the bot dying in an activity that should not have deaths. The script does not support death handling either, reaffirming that deaths are a bug; there should not be deaths at all from this activity. Yet, the script finds a way to die. I also saw the bot consistently failing to pick up Blood Shards (the most important drop from the activity) from the floor. I initially wanted to keep the product and give the script developer time to fix these issues before I used it again. But looking back on the Discord history, it seems these issues I experienced and reported have already been reported by other users, many months ago. That makes me not have much confidence in these issues getting fixed any time soon. For example, this user reported these issues from 6 months ago. Using the script today, I am still experiencing the same issues a user reported from 6 months ago. I know that I've exceeded 6 hours of usage on the script. I intentionally continued to use the script, while monitoring it, to make sure that I could recreate the issues. I would not request a refund for a product over an occasional or trivial issue. Testing it across multiple accounts, I racked up hours quickly and was able to confirm that critical bugs consistently happen, given enough runtime. For the price and considering that this is a script with a relatively simple singular function, I expect the script to work smoothly. It's one thing to pay for a complex, multifunctional script and one small component of the script doesn't work well. But Vyre thieving is 100% of this script's purpose and it can't do it without constantly failing. It would be the equivalent of paying $50 for a cow killer script that consistently fails to kill cows. I don't want to imply that the script is not usable at all. However, the script lacks crucial failsafes and error-checking throughout, and with enough volume of accounts and/or runtime, you will consistently run into these critical bugs. I wish the script creator the best of luck, but I would prefer a refund. 5. Proof of issues: The accounts I tested with consistently have odd amounts of Blood Shards obtained. Since these accounts are running with full Rogue Sets which guarantee a double drop, the amount of Blood Shards obtained should always be even. This shows that the script consistently fails to pick up Blood Shards. Log of script failing to pick up Blood Shards for 2 minutes before world hopping and leaving them on the floor. Log of script dying and getting stuck post-death. If implemented correctly, this activity should have zero deaths Log of the script attempting to deposit Coin pouches into the bank and getting stuck. It doesn't know to open the coin pouches prior to attempting to deposit at the bank, and instead just keeps attempting to deposit. If I had run the script unmonitored, it would have repeated this action until my account got banned. 6. Proof of Script Creator Contact: Post on script thread: Posted bug reports and logs on script creator's Discord server: 7. Desired outcome: Refund in form of store credit
    2. The banking step is missing some crucial failsafe checks, and results often in your account getting permanently stuck attempting an impossible action, which would very quickly lead to a ban if not manually resolved by the user. Perhaps this is caused by DreamBot client breaks interrupting the banking logic, but there's no reason why the script should not support DreamBot breaks. The script attempts to withdraw items from the bank, without first verifying that the inventory has space. If something happens to cause the script to fail the deposit action, your bot will get stuck. It does not reattempt the deposit items step even if it failed. Vyre-ready accounts are pretty valuable. Seeing as how this script is singularly purposed for vyre-thieving, I really do expect it to be able to accomplish this without getting constantly stuck and triggering detection vectors. The issue can be circumvented by having the script use foods that don't require a deposit step. But seeing as how Jugs of wine is the default food in the script UI, you would expect it to be supported without issue. This issue happens with and without menu manipulation, no click walk. I've submitted some logs on the Discord channel. Hopefully you can resolve the issue with the banking. Edit: After running the script some more, I've discovered a lot more major issues. I would not feel safe running this script at all unmonitored, unless you don't mind coming back to your account stuck and banned. The script sometimes doesn't pick up Blood Shards if your inventory is full. It leaves them on the floor for other people to pick up. The script sometimes dies, which stops your bot, because it fails to equip the Vyre equipment when running back to the bank. The script attempts to deposit Coin pouches into the bank and gets stuck. It doesn't know to open the coin pouches, and instead just keeps attempting to deposit.
