anyone have a good ranging script?

Im looking to make a new account to mine,fish,rc, and such and transfer it all to my main, i live in the Midwest of the United States. im looking for help with breaks while running the bot so i can go off and do other things without worrying about getting banned. Edit: i went with an unnamed break and have it starting between 7:30pm and 8pm and ending at 8:30am and 9am. timezone went with america/chicago. how safe would i be with this?

lookin to understand how the breaks work. ive made plenty of accounts and messed with breaks but seem to always get banned even though i switch between skills. i do use a VPN. anyone got any suggestions of times for breaks? Im central time zone in the United States.

what does everyone have for breaks in their client settings? i got mine between 20 to 30 mins and takes a break between 60 to 90 mins after it starts back up? just curious on what client breaks works for people who bot for like 2+ weeks straight
