    Solutions I've had so far:

    - Close all clients, THEN restart pc.

    - Disable proxy usage (double check your VPN is also disabled), then launch at 1024MB RAM(any less should be fine aswell)

    - After closing clients, open Task Manager and make sure that all Java processes are disabled(If any other clients/app.s are not loaded)
