lily 490 Share Posted September 26, 2016 lily's White Chicken Chili Recipe Per Storm's request, here's a recipe that won't make a huge mess and is super yummy and hearty Features - Is a warm treat in cold times - Has lots of good nutrients in it (okay so its not super healthy) - Great with bread, everyone likes bread - Uses lily's antian extra pro master 4.1.9 extended edition directors cut special limited edition 2.0 Setup - Things you'll need are: Chicken breast, olive oil, stock (I use veggie, chicken works) yellow onion, green onion, white beans, green chilis (canned or fresh), chili powder, salt, pepper, oregano, lime (optional) - Don't be afraid to add any other veggies you want, this is a soup, you can be creative. - Start by cutting the raw chicken into cubes, and saute in olive oil until cooked well enough, add lime juice for flavor if desired - Shred chicken with two forks and pour stock in crock pot with finely chopped onions of both types, chilis (if canned include the juice), and the beans (no juice, eww) - Put crock pot on high and mix in shredded chicken, along with chili powder, salt, pepper, and oregano, also some lime jucie if desired - Leave in crock pot for a few hours, stirring maybe once or twice - When it's done its done, use your gut. Add a tiny bit more of the spices as desired, and it should be ready. - Do not go overboard on chili powder, easy mistake to make - Enjoy it because chili is dope
