3. Why do you want a refund?: Realized that i dont need a script like that so i would like to refund it and get another one (or more cheaper ones)

I can almost promise you wont get a refund because you just dont want the script anymore. that would ruin all the scripters if you could refund for that. Just don't renew the monthly charge of the script is my suggestion.
