Popup boxes

This doesn't seem to be dialogue, so is there function for popup boxes to check if one is open, and if is open clicks required option?

Not that I know of. You could get the widget easily though

its a widget, interact with enter wilderness widget when you want to hop trough the ditch. I.E if the main widget (popup) is visible interact with the button widget to cross it.
