Importing Jagex Account

Just trying to get started but am trapped at the sign in page. Its showing the error for account created in 2024, since the accounts now have to be made with a jagex account. 

When i click yes, it will pop up a window where i presume i would normally be able to add the jagex account details.

However, the window never opens properly and i cant see the content within the popup. 

Is there a work around for this broken feature or are we only using DB for old accounts? 

Using mac OS high sierra
