Sudden disconnection issues

I have been having some problems when starting my accounts within the disconnected time frame and in the time marker it appears as if it were going to scare the NPC away, but the client only stays still without doing anything and does not start again. having this problem for 2 days and I don't know if it is due to some client updates because when it comes to restarting my pc the data reloads as if it were installing something again, I would appreciate your support as soon as I know very little about this these types of errors are due, I know there are sudden disconnections due to game updates or problems with servers but I don't really know what this error is due to
