Shadow Veil

I'm working on a thieving script and I'm trying to create a node to cast Shadow Veil, however I don't see a value for Arceus.SHADOW_VEIL in IntelliJ, but I see that it is in the API docs. Is this intentional or am I doing something wrong?

I have, I don't have shadow veil as an option. Can't get the screenshot to attach but link below is a clip from my script
