Latest client's anti bug features causing some issues?

I noticed since I upgraded to the latest dreambot client, it's been doing some weird stuff, which I'm guessing is for antiban purposes.

Opening up skills menu, switching prayer options, turning on random prayers.

This is messing up with some scripts which were working fine before.

To give an example. Here I was using Fightaholic, and when I went to check on my bot, a skill menu was open. I had to manually close it for the bot to keep running. I was attacking a monster in a safespot position in this example, which means the skills menu would have been open probably indefinitely.
