    I have been fighting with this to try to get it to work. All it does is downloads "DBLauncher.jar", try to open it and it brings me to a screen on Internet Explorer "What do you want to do with DBLauncher.jar? I try to open it and it just brings me to the View and Track your downloads. I then try to open it and it brings me to the same screen again and asks the same quests. I have Java 8 installed. I am about ready to give up. I have windows 10

    try and download jarfix, run that then try the launcher again
