Cant open dreambot

[Powerbot 5000 0]

So I have the latest java downloaded, created this account, then downloaded the dreambot file. however when i try to open the file it keeps asking me to open with another program like adobe reader for example which then says stuff like file isnt compatible with adobe ect....ive tried opening with mayn different 'programs' and get the same result. Did i do something wrong. i just figured it would be as easy as opening the download and the dreambot client popping up. Someone please help me haha. idk if it helps but ive tried on downloading on different browsers (firefox, google chorme, internet explorer, and mirosoft edge? Also using windows 10

(I should add if for someone reason i just cant run dreambot is there a good alteranative bot program to use?
