    I had it working, then I installed Java 10 and it stopped working and I uninstalled and reinstalled java 8 and rebooted but I can't get it to work again.

     Java SE Runtime Environment 8u181

     Java SE Development Kit 8u181

    This is what it says when I enter 'java -jar dblauncher.jar' into the command line: 

    'java' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.

    I try opening the file with java.exe (in jre and jdk) and the console opens then closes.
