Best ore/bars to sell?

So if im running 2 bots, both got like 35 mining

Whats better to farm ;

Steel bars - also should i do coal on one and iron on the other or get a certain amount of iron then do coal on both
Or is farming iron ore on both better? Seems to be an ore that everyone wants but only 55-60gp each but if im farming it on both then.. more value? Its hard to see whats more profit because i did 1hr
1 coal and 1 iron but i got like 300 iron and just like 100 coal so i couldnt work it out as good D: just confused on whats better, maybe iron is better on both
