Using SQLite in scripting? HELP! Can't Load JDBC Driver

I've been told external jars are not allowed in scripting for DreamBot, but I'm trying to use SQLite and don't know how to add it to the project properly.

In this post it says to add the source to the project, then another user says add the .jar to the build path. What does this mean and how do you do it?
I've added it as a dependency under modules in IntelliJ.

So I got the first part to work lol
But the connection is failing

It says "Error Opening Connection"
