Broken launcher being distributed

I've been porting my private scripts to Dreambot and about half of the people I send to have had issues with their paints working until I send them my launcher and it seems to fix it. I think there might be something wrong with a cache server that is still distributing the old version.

I've had the same issue, you have to download the one in the post and that's what fixed it for me.
