the whole system after the latest update is aids as fuck. please find an actual work around in the meantime. Having to log into every individual account via jagex launcher and then having them show up ALL BLANK in the accounts list for DB is not a suitable fix by any means. I get band aid fixes are sometimes all we have for the time being but we need some updates on the status of this situation fr.

My application is facing the same issue...it simply won't launch, leaving only a blank black window. I hope that the administration responds promptly to this and releases an update soon to address the situation.
