What kind of break times do you guys use to run the bots long but comfortably safe? Also I'm new so forgive me for the ignorance but is there an easy way to get to the sandcrabs? Like some kind of walk script?

I'm not sure what you mean but I think i have the same problem.

 

For flax spinning, the bot seems to be taking me to my death every time.. It'll walk right past the castle in lumbridge where there's a bank and a spinning wheel.
