Never have i gotten 7. And I am lucky to get 4. I normally have to settle with 3.5 but also when you buy in bulk you sometimes get a discounted price. So I do understand the limit and all but if someone was dumb enough to buy feathers for 7gp when you can easily set up a shop bot and get 3m of them an hour. Come on.
