Hops worlds when somebody comes in your area to chop. Gets a LOT of woodcutting xp with this. Loots and deposits bird nests. How much does it cost /h? it's all relative to your woodcutting speed, but if I'm not mistaken it's no more than 300k gp/h that you spend at the actual sawmill.
