Attempting to make a Tanner bot

Hey im new to scripting and im in need of advice im currently working on a tanner bot so i can tan dragonhides but i was wondering how do i interact with the npc to actually tan the hides?

 

i understand that i have to example  tanner.interact("Trade") but what woud i do after that?  

 

thanks alot wil make the script public when done (even tho its a nooby script)
