Banker 175 Share Posted September 29, 2016 So 2 days ago my knee decided that as i sat down it was going to dislocate and I am now in a brace for the next month, until i get Physiotherapy. Would it be practical to resume skateboarding after i have gone through therapy as im fairly sure that now its dislocated once, it will no doubt do it again much easier. :/
Diddy 265 Share Posted September 29, 2016 I've dislocated my shoulder once and got unlucky that it broke some bone with it. Making it extremly fragile so it dislocated alot. So I got surgery (second time now) and they fixed it now, although i'm still in the progress for full recovery. With that said, best thing you can do is get it checked out. Ask advice from a specialist if you're gana suffer from it for the rest of your life and look at the options you have
